Chat Rewards has three plan levels: Free, Premium, and Whitelabel.
Free gives you the core reward system. Premium unlocks higher limits and extra customization. Whitelabel adds full bot branding on top of everything Premium includes.
Why Upgrade?
Free is enough to run a functional rewards economy. You'll want Premium when you hit the limits — more than 10 active channels, more than 20 shop items, or when you want to customize the currency name and emoji.
Whitelabel is for communities that want the bot to feel like their own branded experience.
