Activation & Transfer

Activating Premium​

After purchasing, follow these steps:

  1. Link your accounts — Visit api.chatrewards.xyz/patreon/login and connect your Discord and Patreon accounts
  2. Run /premium in the server where you want to activate Premium
  3. Click "Activate Premium" — the green button in the bot's response

Your subscription is now active in that server. You'll receive a confirmation message.

Stay in the Support Server

You must remain in the Chat Rewards Support Server for your Premium to stay active. Leaving the support server deactivates your subscription until you rejoin.

Transferring to Another Server​

To move Premium to a different server, open a ticket in the Chat Rewards Support Server. The original server loses Premium once the transfer is complete.

Refunds​

Full refunds are available within 3 days of your first payment. Open a ticket in the support server to request one.

Troubleshooting​

"We couldn't find a subscription under your Discord account"

"Your subscription isn't active"

  • Check that your Patreon payment processed successfully
  • Ensure you're linked to the correct Discord account
