How do I activate Premium?

After purchasing, link your Discord and Patreon accounts at api.chatrewards.xyz/patreon/login, then run /premium in your server and click Activate Premium. See Activation & Transfer for full steps.

What is Whitelabel?

Whitelabel includes all Premium features plus the ability to customize the bot's avatar, name, banner, and bio. It also automatically disables vote rewards and voting reminders.

Can I switch plans?

Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime through Patreon. Changes take effect immediately.

How do I transfer Premium to another server?

Open a ticket in the support server. The original server loses Premium once the transfer completes.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 3 days of your first payment. Open a ticket in the support server.

Do I need to stay in the support server?

Yes. You must remain in the Chat Rewards Support Server for Premium to stay active. Leaving deactivates it until you rejoin.
